Welcome the Lone Wolf: Join enLiven's Spiritual Retreat for Men April 14-16, 2023

A man on a quest for spiritual self-discovery can appear to be a lone wolf – journeying into the wilds of spirituality, searching for truth, authenticity, and the freedom to become yourself.

Walking your path is one of the most critical walks you will take in life. It’s remembering not to take another’s, your parents or a prevailing sociocultural standard, which is prevalent in Western societies.

While walking your path is vital, sometimes joining a community of like-minded individuals is needed to explore your sacred male energy in an enlightened and healthy way. A time to redefine what it means to be masculine in an ever-changing world. A time to challenge the views of the world. A time to embrace the spirit deep within and reconcile with the outer world.

Your Guides:
Paul Menard

For more than two decades, Menard has evolved his yoga practice by embracing movement and mechanics with a profound appreciation for the intricacy and form of yoga.  He applies his advanced teachings and postures, which are passionately executed. And yet, Paul yearned for a more spiritual practice, which led him to Karuna Center for Yoga and Healing Arts, an open and welcoming community. For seven years, Menard studied under Eileen Muir, completing over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, 500 hours of training in Shiatsu, and bodywork. Today, Menard is now the Director at Karuna, where he has fostered a thriving community – that he will bring to Enliven Spiritual Retreat for Men. Menard continues to study yoga, pranayama, meditation, sacred spiritual texts, Shiatsu, and bodywork. Always learning. Always applying.
