Two Pillars of Awakening - Sept 22-24, 2023
Are you weary of feeling the need to armor up, to push through, to be
streetwise and strategic? Are you drained of life force from being afraid, insecure, and ashamed? The truth of who you are is original innocence and essential goodness, a wise, loving and spacious aware presence. The natural state of your body and mind is deeply open, relaxed and at peace. To discover this for yourself, join retreat facilitator and spiritual counselor, Dayna Dunbar, who has discovered and is living these truths after decades of trauma, illness, and seeking. Dayna’s path has been messy, humbling, and full of most of the drama in this human experience, but through the practices and teachings she will share in this weekend of grace, her life is now filled with joy, peace, health and incredible energy. In this retreat, you are invited to come out of your normal reality and enter the absolute Reality of your loving heart. Let us not run from the shadows but treat the pain as a teacher and the cave we fear most to enter as the place that holds our greatest treasure. Dayna will share practices of deep compassion for our humanity and the intensity of this experience of incarnation. She will also teach a non-dual perspective about this reality, a perennial wisdom that has been at the core of all mystical traditions for thousands of years, that will profoundly support you in lightening up your heart and freeing your mind. In addition, this retreat will include:
