- Cultivate your trust in yourself, the guidance that’s all around you, and your relationship with the invisible.
This program will offer you:
- A foundation in Human Design, your purpose, how YOU make decisions and what motivates you to change.
- How to take "fairness" and turn it into appreciation. There are universal principles in play and they respond to our subconscious perceptions of fair exchange. The energy is always a fair exchange, even when we don't like it.
- Delightful company and a safe environment to grow into the new you.
- Tools to reduce anxiety about the UNKNOWN FUTURE.
- This is more than the idea of self love, this energy is really calling you to ask- how can I express love to myself? Is it setting boundaries? Making healthy choices? Prioritizing something you're passionate about or that restores you? Sharing a truth in a relationship, or making a change in your relationships? Maybe, it's taking the first step after you've felt stuck for awhile and buying a plane ticket, or looking for a new job, or pivoting that business, or putting yourself out there again. And, it could also be having a sit down talk with yourself and celebrating where you're at, recommitting your vows to yourself, and really refreshing your relationship with yourself.

Brenda Stoeke is co-owner of a retreat center in southern Vermont, enLiven at the Green River. She facilitates retreats that help people "step into the river of change" with confidence and grace.
